Mr. Hang serves as the Managing Director of Finance for Private Investments. Before joining Maverick in 2024, he served as Head of Portfolio Finance at Kleiner Perkins, a venture capital firm, where he managed the firm’s portfolio monitoring and finance processes. Prior to this experience, he was in Business Operations and Finance roles at Amazon. Previously, he was part of the Valuations/Business Modeling, Financial Due Diligence and Assurance groups at Ernst & Young. He received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from University of Waterloo. Mr. Hang holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
